We understand these are worrying times for our customers. However, as it stands, business will remain as usual.
As and when regulations change in the coming days/weeks, we will update you with any changes to operations.
For now, we ask if you have any special requests relating to us visiting your home during this time, please let us know. We will endeavour to assist where we can. This includes any of our customers that are currently in self-isolation. In order to protect our more vulnerable customers, we ask you to let us know in advance of your clean. We can then take the appropriate precautions.
If you would prefer to make payments via bank transfer during this time, details can be found on your invoice card. Please make sure all payments reference your address.
If you feel you require support within the community, please contact us via one of the following methods. We can provide details for assistance with shopping, prescriptions etc.
